Founders' Profiles

  • Osman Rashid

    Osman, based in Silicon Valley, is the founding CEO of Chegg and currently leads SOAR STEM Schools, Convo Corp, and Khoj Resorts in Pakistan. An Electrical Engineering graduate from the University of Minnesota, he is committed to advancing education through technology and has received awards like the Ernst & Young California Entrepreneur of the Year.

  • Zain Jeewanjee

    Zain Jeewanjee is a Silicon Valley entrepreneur with 40+ years in Insurtech and global business innovation. He founded the first travel insurance aggregator in 1997 and helped establish TiE Lahore and Karachi. A strong advocate for education, he endowed Pakistan’s first humanities faculty chair at Habib University and supports LUMS, TCF, and IBA. While based in Silicon Valley, he remains deeply involved in Pakistan’s entrepreneurial and philanthropic initiatives.

  • Naeem Zamindar

    Naeem, a tech entrepreneur and investor, founded Neem and has backed startups like Bakhabar Kissan and Kuunda. With experience at Intel Capital and roles as Pakistan’s Minister of Investment and CEO of Acumen Fund Pakistan, he brings global investment expertise and advocates for human potential development.

  • Rehan Jalil

    Rehan is currently the CEO of Securiti, a leader in Unified Data Controls for security, privacy, compliance and governance. Previously, he was President and CEO of Elastica, a cloud-security company that merged with Bluecoat before being purchased by Symantec in 2016 for $4.7B, where it became the fastest-growing division of the security behemoth for seven straight quarters. Rehan’s first company, 4G wireless infrastructure firm WiChorus, was acquired by Tellabs for $200M.

  • Raghib Hussain

    Raghib Hussain is President of Products and Technologies at Marvell where he oversees the company’s businesses and technologies by defining overall strategy, aligning roadmaps, monitoring and prioritizing product development, leading innovation and driving growth. Raghib also has oversight of the Office of the CTO – the driving force behind the company’s long-term technology vision and strategy transformation efforts. Additionally, Raghib oversees the Data Center Cloud Group responsible for the Marvell product portfolios serving the data center market.
