Osman is Based in Silicon Valley and he was the founding CEO of Chegg, one of the most valuable companies started by a Pakistani American. He is currently the CEO of SOAR STEM Schools, Convo Corp and Founder of Khoj Resorts in Pakistan.
As an Electrical Engineer graduate from the University of Minnesota, Osman is dedicated to enhancing education through technology. He has received numerous awards, including the Ernst & Young California Entrepreneur of the Year.
Zain Jeewanjee is a visionary entrepreneur, angel investor, and philanthropist with over four decades of experience in insurance, technology, and global business innovation. A Silicon Valley pioneer, he has founded and led multiple Insurtech firms, reshaping the industry with groundbreaking technology solutions, including launching the world’s first travel insurance aggregator site in 1997.
Born in Kenya and educated at Karachi Grammar School, Zain’s entrepreneurial journey began early with the launch of Karachi’s first men’s fashion boutique before moving to Silicon Valley in 1983. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in fostering entrepreneurship and innovation in Pakistan, serving as a Charter Member of TiE Silicon Valley and OPEN Silicon Valley, and helping establish TiE Lahore and TiE Karachi in 2001 alongside Syed Babar Ali and Zakir Mahmood.
A staunch advocate for education, Zain made history by endowing the Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (A.S) Faculty Chair in Wisdom and Humanities at Habib University, Pakistan’s first-ever endowed chair in humanities. He also serves as a Board Member of Friends of LUMS USA and actively supports The Citizens Foundation (TCF), IBA, Saylani, and other initiatives aimed at education and women’s empowerment.
From 2016 to 2023, he contributed to global policy discussions as a member of the Advisory Board of RAND Corporation’s CAPP Board. While based in Silicon Valley, he remains deeply committed to Pakistan’s entrepreneurial and philanthropic ecosystem, frequently traveling to drive high-impact initiatives—all while making time for his lifelong passion, cricket.

Previously, he was President and CEO of Elastica, a cloud-security company that merged with Bluecoat before being purchased by Symantec in 2016 for $4.7B, where it became the fastest-growing division of the security behemoth for seven straight quarters. Rehan’s first company, 4G wireless infrastructure firm WiChorus, was acquired by Tellabs for $200M.
Raghib Hussain is President of Products and Technologies at Marvell where he oversees the company’s businesses and technologies by defining overall strategy, aligning roadmaps, monitoring and prioritizing product development, leading innovation and driving growth. Raghib also has oversight of the Office of the CTO – the driving force behind the company’s long-term technology vision and strategy transformation efforts. Additionally, Raghib oversees the Data Center Cloud Group responsible for the Marvell product portfolios serving the data center market.
